Freya
Terms of Use
Contents
1. About Freya
Freya is provided by Yegor Terokhin, an individual developer based in the Czech Republic. Contact: iterokhin.dev@gmail.com.
By using Freya, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 16 and meet any higher local age requirement. Where required, obtain a parent or guardian’s permission. You can stop using the App at any time.
2. What the content means
Freya offers daily texts with tips for inspiration, cards featuring inspirational quotes, and Connection cards with questions for self-reflection or discussion with friends. The App also includes fun tests called Match Reports.
Content is pre-written and selected on your device. The App does not send the information you enter or the content of these features to AI services.
Personal descriptions and Match Reports are selected using the information you enter. Scores and characteristics are illustrative, not measurements of compatibility or verified facts about someone. Similar inputs can produce the same text.
Freya is intended for self-discovery, reflection, and entertainment. Its content is not professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice and does not replace help from a qualified professional.
3. Your profile and other people
Your profile and saved reports are stored on your device, without an online account or a developer-operated cloud backup. City search and external services can require internet access and your usual connection charges.
Enter information you are entitled to use; a nickname is enough. Get the necessary permission before adding someone else’s details or sharing information about them. Do not create a profile for a child under 16.
Our Privacy Policy explains storage, external services, deletion, and your rights:

4. Use and sharing
Some questions cover relationships and personal topics. You may skip any card.
You may use the content personally and share it through the App’s intended features. Keep any included Freya branding.
You choose the sharing destination. Its rules apply, and recipients can keep or forward copies that deleting Freya cannot recall.
5. Price and licence
Current features are free, with no paywall or purchase requirement. Any future paid feature will explain its price and terms before you choose to buy it.
The applicable App Store licence governs the software. Unless Freya supplies a separate custom licence through the App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA applies:

6. Changes and availability
Features and content may be updated or temporarily become unavailable.
We will notify you of material changes to these Terms where required by law and seek renewed acceptance when necessary. Changes do not remove your mandatory rights.
7. Our responsibility
We aim to make Freya useful and keep it running reliably. Its content is general and intended for entertainment; we do not guarantee that every description will suit you, be accurate, or lead to a particular result.
You decide how to use the ideas and interpretations provided. Do not rely solely on Freya’s content when making important decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for the consequences of users’ independent decisions, failures of external services, or circumstances beyond the developer’s reasonable control.
These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or any liability of the developer that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Contact and disputes
For support, privacy questions, or complaints, email iterokhin.dev@gmail.com. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
Czech law applies without removing mandatory protections in your country of residence or your right to use a court with lawful jurisdiction. Where eligible, you may also seek out-of-court resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority:
