2. Analytics (TelemetryDeck)
The App uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how the App is used and to improve gameplay and stability.
TelemetryDeck processes:
- Anonymous usage events (e.g., feature usage, app interactions).
- Basic device and app information (such as app version and operating system).
TelemetryDeck does not use cookies, does not track users across apps, and does not collect personally identifiable information.

3. Anonymous leaderboard profile
To support online leaderboard features, the App may create an anonymous in-app profile. This profile does not require email, real name, or a traditional account registration flow.
This profile may include:
- A generated or user-edited nickname used to display leaderboard entries.
- A country code used to show a country flag next to scores.
- Gameplay records such as best times and leaderboard placements.
- Technical account or session data used to recognize the same anonymous leaderboard profile over time.
When an anonymous profile is first created, the App may choose an initial country code based on your device locale or region settings. You can change the displayed country later in the App.
Nickname, country flag, and leaderboard scores may be visible to other users inside the leaderboard. Please avoid using real personal information in your nickname.
4. Information you may provide (Feedback & Comments)
When using the optional feature voting and feedback section, you may choose to provide:
- Comment text (free-form text you submit).
- Name or nickname (optional; can be any text and does not need to identify you).
Providing a name is optional. You are encouraged not to submit real personal information.
5. Feature voting & comments (Votice)
The App uses a third-party service called Votice to collect feature votes and comments. When you use this feature, data is transmitted to Votice and processed according to their privacy practices.
Votice may process:
- User-submitted content (comments, feature requests, votes).
- Optional display name or nickname provided by the user.
- Device and app information (device type, operating system, app version).
- Anonymous usage data for service reliability and analytics.
Comments and feedback submitted through Votice may be visible to other users within the feedback interface.

6. How information is used
- To improve gameplay and app performance.
- To create and maintain anonymous leaderboard profiles.
- To display leaderboard names, flags, rankings, and best scores.
- To collect and prioritize feature requests.
- To maintain security and prevent abuse of feedback systems.
7. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only:
- With TelemetryDeck for anonymous analytics.
- With Votice to provide the feedback and commenting feature.
- When leaderboard information you choose to use is displayed to other players inside the App.
- When you choose to submit content visible to other users.
- If required by law or to protect legal rights and safety.
8. Data retention
Analytics and feedback data are retained according to the policies of the respective service providers. Anonymous leaderboard profile information may be retained for as long as needed to provide leaderboard functionality and preserve rankings. You should avoid submitting sensitive or personal information in comments or nicknames.
9. Children’s privacy
The App is not intended to collect personal information from children. Users should not submit personal data in comments or nicknames. If you believe personal information has been submitted unintentionally, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
